As Product Development Manager
You’ll manage new products from the initial commercial or creative brief through design, sampling, costing, and approval, into a production-ready specification. Working across the annual own-brand collection, seasonal licensed ranges, and bespoke retailer projects, you’ll brief designers and overseas suppliers, coordinate artwork and samples, manage costs and revisions, and keep each development on schedule.
What You’ll Need
- Experience developing consumer products from initial concept through to production, ideally within textiles, flooring, interiors, or homeware.
- Experience working directly with overseas suppliers on sampling, specifications, costing, and production requirements.
- Strong organisation and communication skills, with the ability to manage multiple developments while working confidently with suppliers, designers, licensors, and internal teams.
- Experience of licensed or third-party brand guidelines would be a strong advantage, while the ability to review or adjust CADs and artwork would also be useful.

Other Info
- Salary up to £50,000, depending on experience.
- Working hours: 37.5 hours per week, Monday–Friday, 09:00–17:00.
- Hybrid working, with three days per week based at the Stoke-on-Trent office. Four office-based days would be preferred.
