EMEA Product Development Manager – Toys, Games & Promotions

Location: London | Working Model: Hybrid | Job Type: Maternity Cover | Salary: £313.22 Umbrella Rate

Christy Media Solutions is recruiting an EMEA Product Development Manager to join our client’s Consumer Products licensing team, working across toys, games, and promotional products throughout EMEA.

A major focus will be supporting product development from initial concept through approvals to products reaching the shelf. You’ll work closely with licensees and Creative, Commercial, Legal, and Franchise stakeholders.

We’re looking for someone with:

  • Strong hardlines product development experience, ideally toys and games
  • Experience or knowledge of licensing
  • A strong creative eye and understanding of design and manufacturing
  • Adobe Suite skills
  • Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills

This is not a hands-on design role, but you’ll need enough design knowledge to communicate effectively with creative teams and licensees.

Role Details:

  • Location: The role is based in London, with hybrid working and some travel to Denmark.
  • Start Date: The target start date is the first or second week of November.
