A fantastic opportunity to join the Head Office of a successful and rapidly growing fashion business. We are looking for a proactive and efficient team player with an entrepreneurial spirit to aid with our strategic growth and expansion plans.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage / oversee the development and production of our ranges
- Accurately interpret sketches with manufacturers and ensure that prototypes and samples are cost effectively manufactured to company standards
- Work with the Founder and Merchandiser to set style pricing architecture and target margins
- Negotiate pricing inline with the brand’s targets, a strong knowledge of garment costing is essential
- Ensure on time deliveries
- Ensure quality and fit is to the highest standard
- Support the PD Assistant with weekly fit session management
- Manage the PD Assistant across development & production
- Some travel will be required to our factories globally to ensure high quality of our garments, good communication and build relationships with our supply chain
- Effectively communicate with the wider team critical path and launch date updates
- Daily admin / managing and maintaining accuracy on our database: PLM system, Zedonk for RM inventory and BOM costing
- Manage work flows of: PD assistant, freelance tech, freelance machinist & freelance pattern cutters to meet internal company deadlines
- Manage PD Product Library, effectively sharing with internal and external teams
- Manage the critical path
- Work closely with the Senior team to set and maintain, seasonal: range plans, budgets & buy plans
- Demonstrate an empathy with design and a strong creative affinity, passion & respect for the brand

The Ideal Candidate:
- Minimum five years production or product development experience
- Experience and knowledge of pattern cutting, construction, materials and manufacturing processes
- Experience using Zedonk would be beneficial
- Experience of sourcing / developing raw materials
- Excellent PC skills (Design Software, Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Google Docs etc)
- Highly organised individual
- Team player understanding cross-function dependencies
- People management experience
- Compassionate person with a can do attitude

Salary:
· Salary dependant on experience
