About the House of Creed
Founded in 1760, The House of Creed has cultivated the art of fine craftsmanship across seven generations, shaping a distinctive vision of Haute Perfumery where British tailoring meets French savoir-faire. Guided by its Art of Millésime, the finest ingredients are hand-weighed and aged in its ateliers near the Château de Fontainebleau, France. Through these meticulous steps, the House preserves and reinvents its heritage of savoir-faire, crafting timeless fragrances as a seal of elegance.
About the role
As a Product Development Project Manager for The House of Creed, you will manage a portfolio of projects with an end-to-end finished product vision (packaging, formula, process, etc.), while respecting the commitments made to the Creed brand and ensuring overall project accountability (gross margin, perceived value, innovation, quality and compliance with environmental standards).
This role is fully office-based in our St Paul’s, Central London office.
You will be responsible for:
- Supporting the brand in building launch plans by integrating profitability, anticipation, quality and environmental considerations;
- Studying the feasibility of new briefs and advising marketing by providing optimized solutions (packaging, formula, process, etc.) with a consumer-centric and perceived-value approach.
- Developing market and competitor knowledge through a category-based approach.
- Promoting and transforming product innovation projects with the brand in collaboration with the Operations Innovation department.
- Creating, distributing and optimizing PSI (Product Sustainable Index) calculations to assess the environmental footprint of all launched or renovated products.
- Challenging and building the L’Oréal for the Future roadmap with the Creed brand (a program summarizing L’Oréal’s sustainability commitments) and ensuring its follow-up.
- Contributing to the design-to-value approach by proposing relevant value analysis actions and deploying approved actions.
- Formalizing and validating the technical translation of the marketing brief in compliance with the QCP system (Packaging Design Quality), including the validation and monitoring of commercialization agreements.
- Setting up and facilitating product risk analyses when necessary.
- Preparing, distributing and monitoring PRIE/PVISE (Industrial Cost Price and Intercompany Selling Price), challenging gross margin and raising alerts on margin-dilutive projects.
- Preparing, distributing and monitoring schedules.
- Ensuring regular updates of Magellan data (after implementation) and compliance with workflows.
- Mobilizing the various project stakeholders and the necessary experts.
- Communicating regularly on project progress, raising alerts in the event of deviations (definition, schedule, price), and proposing solutions.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.
