We're partnering with a global leader at the intersection of technology, consulting, marketing, and digital transformation to hire an exceptional AI Product Director.
This is a unique opportunity to join a specialist AI Products & Services division that develops cutting-edge AI solutions and reusable AI accelerators for some of the world's most recognised organisations. You'll work alongside industry-leading AI specialists, product leaders, engineers, strategists and consultants to define the next generation of AI-powered products being deployed across global enterprises.
The organisation's client portfolio includes many of the world's most influential brands across consumer goods, retail, automotive, financial services, technology and telecommunications, including household names such as Coca-Cola, Unilever, Nestlé, Nike, Adidas, Ford, Microsoft, Samsung, Vodafone, Dell, L'Oréal, Mars, HSBC and Amazon.
As AI Product Director, you'll own product strategy, investment decisions, commercial performance and team leadership across a portfolio of AI accelerators and services that are deployed globally. You'll be responsible for identifying where AI can create repeatable value, building scalable solutions once and enabling them to be leveraged across multiple client environments. This is a genuine opportunity to influence how AI is adopted by some of the largest organisations on the planet.
The Opportunity
As the senior product leader within a growing AI practice, you'll define product vision, investment priorities and go-to-market strategy for a suite of AI products and AI-enabled services used by enterprise clients worldwide.
You'll work closely with executive stakeholders, AI consultants, architects, engineers and commercial leaders to ensure investment is directed towards high-impact opportunities that deliver meaningful value for clients whilst driving profitable growth for the business. You'll also play a key role in establishing the organisation's reputation as a market leader in enterprise AI transformation and innovation.

Key Responsibilities
- Define and own the AI product strategy across multiple solution domains.
- Evaluate emerging AI opportunities and determine where investment should be prioritised.
- Build and manage a portfolio of reusable AI products, accelerators and platform capabilities.
- Own commercial outcomes across the product portfolio, including revenue growth, profitability and investment planning.
- Develop business cases for new product initiatives and assess ROI, market demand and commercial viability.
- Lead build-versus-buy and build-versus-reuse decisions across the AI ecosystem.
- Partner with engineering, architecture and delivery teams to ensure successful product execution.
- Establish best-practice product management frameworks, discovery processes and success metrics.
- Act as a strategic advisor to senior client stakeholders on AI product, innovation and investment decisions.
- Lead, mentor and develop a team of Product Managers.
- Represent the business externally through thought leadership, client engagements and industry events.
- Stay at the forefront of developments across Generative AI, Agentic AI, LLMs, AI Agents and emerging AI technologies.
About You
We're looking for an experienced product leader who combines commercial acumen, strategic thinking and technical curiosity. You'll have a proven track record of building and scaling technology products whilst operating comfortably with senior executives, technical teams and client stakeholders alike.
Essential Experience
- Significant experience leading product strategy for digital, data and AI-enabled products.
- Proven success managing product roadmaps, investment decisions and product portfolios.
- Experience leading and mentoring Product Managers and Product Owners.
- Strong understanding of Generative AI, Large Language Models (LLMs) and emerging AI technologies.
- Excellent commercial judgement with experience building investment cases and evaluating market opportunities.
- Ability to engage credibly with engineers, architects and technical leadership teams.
- Experience balancing competing stakeholder priorities in complex enterprise environments.
- Exceptional communication, stakeholder management and influencing skills.
- Experience operating within consulting, professional services, technology services or enterprise transformation environments.

Desirable Experience
- Experience developing reusable products or accelerators deployed across multiple clients.
- Knowledge of Agentic AI architectures and AI orchestration frameworks.
- Experience launching AI-powered products into enterprise environments.
- An established profile within the AI, Product or Technology community.
- Exposure to global enterprise clients and large-scale transformation programmes.

Location & Working Pattern
This role is predominantly remote, offering a high degree of flexibility and autonomy. You'll typically be required to attend meetings in London 1-2 times per month, alongside occasional client visits when required.
