Product Director – Data, Analytics & AI

Operating at approximately £200m in ARR, we are looking for a commercially minded Product Director to lead the Data, Analytics and AI portfolio.

They are a leading Private Equity backed provider of commodity price assessments, market intelligence and data. Their products are used by customers across metals, mining, agriculture, forest products and energy to support pricing, trading, procurement, investment and risk decisions.

The Role

The Product Director will own the strategy, development and commercial performance of the firm's Data, Analytics and AI products.

A key part of the role will be identifying where AI can enhance proprietary data, price assessments and market intelligence, and turning those opportunities into products that customers will adopt and pay for.

This is not a purely technical or delivery-focused role. The successful candidate will combine strong product leadership with the commercial judgement to prioritise investment, shape propositions, set pricing and drive revenue growth.

Leadership Style

The right person will be commercially driven, customer-led and comfortable making clear investment and portfolio decisions.

They will understand AI deeply enough to identify meaningful opportunities, but will measure success through customer value, adoption and commercial growth rather than technical sophistication alone.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
