Meet Sievo

We are Sievo – the leading procurement analytics SaaS company from Finland. We help the largest companies in the world, household brands like Levi’s, Kellogg’s and Mars, to generate cost savings, understand their procurement data, make data-driven decisions, reduce emissions, drive supply chain resilience, and beyond. Each year, we process spend equivalent to 2% of the global GDP. Pretty cool, right?

At the core of our success are talented people from all over the world with different backgrounds and perspectives. Our 400+ Sievonians are based across Helsinki, Chicago, Bucharest and London. Our core values are caring, exceeding, and honesty - values that make us grow bigger and better, not bigger and bitter.

The role

The Product Director of Data Products is responsible for making Community Data a success. What is Community Data? When 2% of global GDP runs through Sievo, patterns emerge that no single company could see on its own. Community Data is Sievo's aggregated, anonymized view across all of it – benchmarks, data management, supplier intelligence, and spend patterns from a dataset representing a significant slice of global corporate purchasing.

This role defines the future of our data's value and the solutions built on it, for our SaaS customers and beyond: from the customer problem to data governance and contribution incentives, to credibility, to pricing and packaging Community Data, to defending it as a durable moat. You will be reporting directly to the SVP Product.

This is one of the hardest problems at Sievo- and one of the most valuable.

What you'll be doing

  • Define what Community Data continues to become as a product – from the vision to the concrete product roadmap.
  • Design what and how customers contribute data and why they'd want to, balancing what they give up against what they get back.
  • Continue establishing the methodology and statistical credibility that make benchmarks and intelligence trustworthy enough to act on.
  • Own pricing and packaging: decide what's sold as a distinct data product versus bundled into the core SaaS platform.
  • Partner with sales and marketing to build the commercial motion and prove customers will pay.
  • Lead the team alongside an Engineering Manager, setting vision and strategy and guiding the team in the right direction, while they own delivery.
  • Represent Community Data at the leadership level as a strategic asset and moat, not a feature line.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.

Only hits

No noise. No "maybe this fits." Just roles with a clear explanation of why they're right — and where to focus when applying.

To succeed in this role, you:

  • Have experience in (ideally B2B) SaaS and/or data products product management.
  • Have personally built and packaged a data or benchmarking product from an ambiguous starting point.
  • Have made real pricing and monetization decisions and can speak concretely to what worked and what didn't.
  • Proven ability to set vision and strategy autonomously, and to lead a team without a continuously pre-defined roadmap to fall back on.
  • Excellent communication skills in English; can translate a genuinely ambiguous, technical problem into a clear narrative for engineers, sales, and the CEO alike.
  • Strong analytical and statistical reasoning: comfortable with sample size, bias, and methodology questions, without needing to write the code or run the analysis yourself (that’s why you have a team).
  • AI is part of how you work, not just to move faster but to do things that weren't possible before.
  • Ambitious, outcome-driven, genuinely energized by an undefined problem rather than needing one handed to you.

What awaits you at Sievo

  • A senior, high-impact Product Director role owning one of Sievo’s most strategic product opportunities end-to-end, helping define Sievo’s overall product strategy and commercial growth with a direct line to the executive team.
  • Real ownership to define the future of Community Data as a product, from vision and roadmap to methodology, governance, pricing, packaging, and go-to-market impact.
  • Sievonians are ambitious, yet kind and supportive - you’ll work with an international team of 40+ nationalities, collaborating with smart, driven, and genuinely kind people.
  • Our Finnish roots run deep: we are founded on an open, honest and transparent Nordic working culture where we value freedom and responsibility, while working with high standards. We are looking for people who yearn for this freedom, are able to make the most out of it and are willing to take on the responsibility.
