ABOUT GLOW

Glow connects capital to customers through trusted brands. Our embedded FinTech platform allows mobile operators, OEMs, and consumer electronics retailers to offer device finance, insurance, and trade-in to their customers at the point of sale. Trusted by some of the biggest household names across EMEA, AMERS, and APAC.

ABOUT THE ROLE

You sit between client, market, and product in EMEA. In the immediate term you will focus on our Loan Management System build. You take client problems and market opportunities, frame the commercial and platform response, and shape the delivery. You step into the detail when needed and have line management responsibilities to coach, guide, and grow Product Managers.

This is a player-coach role. You set the standard for how Glow Product Managers work, keep the team unblocked, and represent the portfolio at executive level. You will work within a regulated financial services environment, balancing commercial outcomes, customer outcomes, risk, compliance and operational scalability. Travel to clients expected, typically a couple of times a month.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
