About the role

LSEG already reaches the desks that need models: through our APIs, our Excel integrations, and the workflows clients use every day. Modeling Solutions turns that reach into a distribution channel for third-party models, so a client can consume an external model in the same place, and the same way, they consume everything else from us.

The business has three pillars:

  • Model Distribution, a marketplace connecting model providers with the institutions that consume them;
  • Model Hosting, the infrastructure clients use to run models in production; and
  • AI Model Risk Management, governance and monitoring sold as a differentiated product.

We have providers onboarded and supply on the platform. The next step is building the infrastructure that lets those providers reach clients through our channels, and that's what this seat owns.

What you'll own

  • Build the infrastructure. Build a systematic mechanism for onboarding third-party models into our APIs, Excel integrations, and workflows. That means standardized interfaces across heterogeneous providers, entitlements, versioning, metering, and the onboarding tooling that lets a provider get to a client channel without a bespoke integration each time.
  • Own the roadmap across three pillars. Discovery with providers and institutional buyers, prioritization against real engineering constraints, and the sequencing calls between Distribution, Hosting, and MRM-AI. Shape Hosting into something clients want to run on, and build MRM-AI into a product differentiated enough to open accounts on its own.
  • Partner on demand-side growth. Commercial and client coverage teams lead the push to get institutional consumers onboarded. You're their partner in it, building the product that makes the pitch land, bringing what you hear back into the roadmap, and jointly owning the success of the proposition.
  • Lead the team. Manage and grow a team of product managers.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
