The Role
Studio has been developed to help enterprises build, evaluate, and operate AI systems reliably, safely, and at scale, turning prototypes into production-ready solutions. It provides the infrastructure enterprises need to scale their use cases, including comprehensive monitoring, reliable automation, and centralized tracking of AI assets.
We are seeking a strong product leader to own the strategy and shape the future of Studio, redefining the AI builder experience in enterprises.
You will determine how enterprises observe AI behavior, run complex workflows, version and track assets, and deploy safely across hybrid and self-hosted environments.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.

What You Will Do
- Strategy & Vision
- Define and evangelize the product vision, strategy, and annual goals for Studio. You will be accountable for its business impact.
- Team Leadership
- Build the Studio PM organization: hire PMs and stream leads, set the operating cadence (quarterly product reviews, roadmap reviews…), and develop PMs through clear growth paths.

- Partner with engineering leadership on the roadmap to scope, sequence, and deliver value by balancing quick wins for our customers while advancing the long-term platform bets.
- Drive strategic customer discovery with the PMs under your responsibility.

- Experience launching and scaling products.
- Proven ability to align and inspire cross-functional teams without direct authority.
- Ownership and pragmatism: low ego, high EQ, bias for action; equally comfortable crafting a strategy narrative and diving into metrics, UX details, or a customer escalation.
- Strong communication skills for executives, teams, and users.
- Ability to thrive in dynamic environments where priorities shift.
- Self-directed, taking initiative to navigate unknowns and own outcomes.
