Who We Are
At Omaze, we give our community in the UK and Germany the chance to win luxury homes and other life-changing prizes â all while raising money for the causes they love.
Thanks to our Omaze Community, weâve raised over ÂŁ100 million for UK charities in just five years. Thatâs millions helping organisations like Age UK, the RSPCA, British Heart Foundation and Great Ormond Street Hospital Charity deliver life-saving work.
And the best part? Weâre only just getting started. Omaze is building a business and culture committed to growth and creating significant social impact on a global scale.
đ About The Job
Having already gained serious traction and significant revenue with a lean team, thereâs still a huge greenfield opportunity ahead. Youâll be joining an early-stage product organisation thatâs expanding into new markets while also innovating and launching new products for millions of customers.
This is a high-impact leadership role where youâll shape product strategy, scale teams and help define how product operates across the business. Youâll work closely with cross-functional partners to drive product-led growth, unlock innovation and create exceptional customer experiences at scale.
Reasons to use Rodeo
Iâm in my final year doing Economics and I donât know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer â it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) donât need a masters. Letâs look at the ones youâd be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet â that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
