WTW is seeking an experienced Product Engagement Specialist to drive product adoption, stakeholder engagement, and user advocacy across Western Europe.
Reporting into the Global Product organisation, you will act as a key link between Product, Engineering, and regional business stakeholders, helping translate global product strategies into meaningful regional engagement activities. You will support the successful adoption of products and platforms by ensuring colleagues understand their value, are equipped to use them effectively, and remain engaged as products evolve.
Working closely with Product Managers, Engineering teams, Training Specialists, and business leaders, you will lead regional engagement initiatives, coordinate communications and training activities, and gather user insights that help shape future product enhancements. The successful candidate will be comfortable operating across multiple markets, managing senior stakeholder relationships, and influencing adoption outcomes while aligning with a globally-led product strategy.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the development and execution of product engagement plans across Western Europe, aligned to global product objectives.
- Drive regional product launches through communications, training, adoption, and stakeholder engagement activities.
- Create and adapt user-focused content, including launch communications, FAQs, training materials, product updates, and success stories.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with business stakeholders across multiple countries and functions.
- Gather and analyse user feedback, adoption trends, and engagement metrics to identify opportunities and risks.
- Act as a regional advocate for users, ensuring business insights are represented within Product and Engineering discussions.
- Lead regional product demonstrations, roadshows, awareness campaigns, and engagement events.
- Partner with Change, Communications, and Training teams to support successful product adoption across the region.
- Coordinate engagement activities across product releases, enhancements, and strategic initiatives.
- Maintain ongoing engagement with stakeholders, ensuring awareness of product developments, roadmaps, and future capabilities.
- Support the continuous improvement of product engagement frameworks, processes, and best practices across the Product organisation.
- Provide regional recommendations and insights to Global Product leadership to support future product investment and prioritisation decisions.

Qualifications
Skills & Experience
- 5+ years' experience in Product Engagement, Product Operations, Product Marketing, Change Management, Communications, or a related technology-focused role.
- Experience working across multiple European countries and stakeholder groups.
- Strong stakeholder management skills, including experience working with senior leaders and sponsors.
- Ability to develop and execute engagement and adoption strategies.
- Excellent written, verbal, and presentation skills.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret adoption and engagement data.
- Experience supporting enterprise technology, digital products, or transformation initiatives.
- Ability to balance regional business needs with global priorities.
- Strong organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple initiatives simultaneously.
