Product AI Engineer
The opportunity
Join an early stage, high growth AI startup building AI agents for some of the world's largest engineering and infrastructure enterprises. This is a rare chance to work directly with the VP Engineering on the core product, with real ownership over what you build and how it's built. If you want to ship fast, solve ambiguous problems, and use AI heavily in how you work, this is built for you.
What you'll be doing
- Build and ship product features across React and Node
- Develop APIs, data models and integrations that connect the product to customer systems
- Build LLM backed features, including prompting and tool use
- Contribute to AI powered workflows and agents
- Turn ambiguous problems into simple, working solutions, owning your work from design through to production
- Find and fix problems without waiting to be asked

What we're looking for
- 3+ years' software engineering experience
- Strong TypeScript. This one is non-negotiable
- A track record of shipping real products across frontend and backend
- Hands on experience with LLMs, agents or AI APIs
- Exceptional diligence and attention to detail, with high agency and strong ownership
