Product Engineer

London (Hybrid, 2-3 days per week)

£60,000-£90,000 + Benefits

We’re partnering with an early-stage SaaS startup that’s building an AI platform designed to help organisations operating in regulated industries manage risk, improve compliance and make better decisions as AI adoption continues to accelerate.

With growing customer demand and an ambitious product roadmap, they’re now looking to hire a Product Engineer to join their team over the coming weeks.

This is an opportunity to join a small, highly collaborative team where you’ll work directly with the founders to shape the future of the product. You’ll have real ownership from day one, building features end-to-end and helping influence technical decisions as the platform evolves.

What you’ll be doing

  • Building and shipping product features across both the frontend and backend
  • Working closely with the founders to shape product direction and technical decisions
  • Designing scalable, maintainable solutions that solve real customer problems
  • Collaborating with product and engineering to deliver high-quality software
  • Taking ownership of projects from idea through to production
  • Contributing to architecture, code reviews and engineering best practices

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
