Description

What Makes us Different

The One World platform connects organisations, products, processes and data across global trade. Our highly configurable, no-code technology creates a single source of truth that enables businesses to collaborate more effectively, improve visibility, and manage increasingly complex supply chains with confidence.

By turning fragmented data into meaningful insight, we help organisations navigate sustainability, compliance and operational challenges while building more efficient, resilient and sustainable supply chains for the benefit of people, planet and profit.

How You’ll Make an Impact as a Product Engineer

As a Product Engineer, you’ll sit at the intersection of our customers, Product and Software Engineering teams, turning real-world business needs into effective, scalable solutions on the One World platform.

This is a hands-on role where you’ll own customer-facing implementations from discovery through to production. You’ll combine Technical problem-solving and software development to translate requirements into technical solutions.

You’ll:

  • Own implementations from discovery and solution design through build and configuration, testing, deployment, onboarding, UAT and production handover.
  • Build using technologies such as Python, React (Typescript) and Spring Boot.
  • Design and implement automated functional, integration, regression and end-to-end testing within our delivery pipelines.
  • Build and manage GitHub Actions pipelines and support deployments across multiple environments, helping make releases reliable, repeatable and traceable.
  • Investigate and resolve complex operational and technical issues using a structured approach to troubleshooting, documentation and escalation.
  • Contribute to the design of new workflows, platform capabilities and defect fixes.
  • Work directly with customers during demonstrations, onboarding and UAT, communicating technical concepts clearly to both technical and non-technical audiences.
  • Help create reusable implementation standards, tooling and ways of working that continuously improve how we deliver for our customers.
  • Have real ownership of the solutions you deliver and visible influence over our platform, customer experience and delivery outcomes.
  • Ensure our applications meet the diverse needs of global supply chains, contributing to our mission of creating sustainable, technology-driven solutions for worldwide trade.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
