Product Engineer Opportunity
Insight Global is looking for a Product Engineer to join one of their large Semiconductor clients! You will support New Product Introduction (NPI) programs from concept through product release and manufacturing transfer, working closely with Design, Test, Validation, Quality, Reliability, Applications, Marketing, and Operations teams.
Position Details
- Type: Full-time permanent
- Work Schedule: Onsite Monday-Thursday, working remotely on Fridays

Required Skillsets
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering or related discipline (Master’s preferred)
- Experience: Experience in semiconductor product, test, or design engineering (relevant internships considered)
- Tools: Familiarity with statistical analysis tools such as Excel or JMP
- Knowledge:
- Foundational understanding of semiconductor physics and analog/mixed-signal IC principles
- Exposure to DfT, DfM, and ATE methodologies advantageous
- Awareness of ATE platforms (e.g., Advantest, Teradyne) and bench test equipment beneficial
- Understanding of semiconductor qualification standards (JEDEC, HTOL, ESD, Latch-up) beneficial
- Skills:
- Strong analytical mindset
- Structured problem-solving ability
- Effective communication skills
