π Founding Engineering Hire | AI-first | B2C
We're working with a fast-growing consumer tech company building a new kind of platform for creators and their businesses.
The product is already being used by hundreds of thousands of people, revenue has grown rapidly, and they're now entering their next chapter: building an AI-first product with features that simply wouldn't have been possible a couple of years ago.
The Role:
This is the first engineering hire, working directly alongside the founders.
You'll have huge ownership over what gets built
You'll talk directly to users, figure out what matters, prototype quickly and get it into production.
And the feedback loop is fast. What you build in the morning can be in users' hands by the afternoon.

Iβm in my final year doing Economics and I donβt know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer β it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) donβt need a masters. Letβs look at the ones youβd be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.
Start with a chat, not a search bar
Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet β that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
