About the Company
Most startups are trying to build the future. This one is trying to unstick it.
Every day, some of the world's biggest companies have ideas that should take hours to implement and instead spend months fighting their own technology. A new process. A new product line. A new way of working. The decision gets made in a boardroom, then disappears into a maze of enterprise software, consultants, tickets, and legacy systems.
That's the problem this business exists to solve.
They've built an AI-native platform that sits on top of complex enterprise environments, understands how everything is connected, and helps organisations make changes in days instead of months.
It's a genuinely ambitious idea. Fortunately, the market seems to agree.
In the last year, they've gone from a small team with a big vision to one of Europe's fastest-growing AI companies. Revenue is growing aggressively, enterprise customers are arriving faster than they can onboard them, and they're backed by some of the most respected investors in technology.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.

Only hits
No noise. No "maybe this fits." Just roles with a clear explanation of why they're right — and where to focus when applying.
The challenge isn't finding customers. It's building quickly enough to keep up.
About the Role
They're now looking for engineers who want ownership in the truest sense of the word.
Not the kind where you're responsible for a tiny slice of the roadmap and spend six months debating priorities. The kind where you speak to customers, help shape solutions, build them end-to-end, and see the impact of your work almost immediately.
Engineers here own problems, not tickets.
You'll probably enjoy this environment if you're motivated by building products people actually use, enjoy working across the stack, and get excited by the practical application of AI rather than simply talking about it. The team spends its time building systems that do real work in real environments, solving messy, complicated problems for some of the largest organisations on the planet.

The bar is high, but not in a performative way. Smart people. Low ego. Plenty of autonomy. Lots of responsibility. The sort of environment where good ideas win, regardless of where they come from.
It's still early enough that you'll have a meaningful influence on what gets built and how it's built.
But it's also reached the point where the product works, customers are paying, and the market is paying attention.
A nice place to be, really.
If you're curious, I'd be happy to tell you more.
