Job Description
As a Product Engineer at infact.io, you will build and operate Go microservices powering real-time B2B APIs on AWS. Reporting to the CTO, you'll own features end-to-end, from design through production. This role combines high-quality engineering with a product-first mindset to directly impact how consumers access financial services through modern, scalable infrastructure.

What You Will Do
- Develop, test, and maintain mission-critical Go microservices within a modern AWS environment including Fargate, Lambda, Aurora Postgres, and DynamoDB.
- Own the entire feature lifecycle, contributing to technical design discussions and ensuring high standards of code quality and design taste in production.
- Leverage AI tools like Claude to accelerate development speed and code quality while maintaining full accountability and understanding of your technical output.
The ideal candidate
- Possesses 1-3 years of commercial software engineering experience with Go as the primary language or a significant project history in the language.
- Demonstrates a strong product instinct, prioritizing user outcomes over simple ticket completion and pushing back on designs that do not solve core problems.
- Has practical experience or a keen interest in modern DevOps practices, including AWS infrastructure, containerization, and CI/CD pipelines using GitHub Actions.
