Job Description
As a Product Engineer at Romeai, you will own customer problems end-to-end, from interviewing users to shipping polished full-stack solutions. You’ll join an elite 8-person team building AI-driven tools that optimize massive supply chains. It’s a high-ownership role requiring technical fluidity, product judgment, and the ability to move fast without heavy process.

What You Will Do
- Own the entire product lifecycle by engaging directly with C-suite customers to translate ambiguous supply chain challenges into technical specifications.
- Build and ship polished, end-to-end features across the full stack using AI tools to accelerate development and expand your range.
- Make critical product and technical trade-offs autonomously within a small, fast-moving team that values outcomes over just completing tickets.
The ideal candidate
- 3–10 years of experience building customer-facing products at high-growth, product-led startups like Attio, incident.io, or PostHog.
- A stack-fluid engineer who cares deeply about product quality, intuition, and reliability rather than being confined to specific layers.
- A proven track record of taking initiative, such as being a founding engineer, former founder, or leading a major product from zero to adoption.
