Job Description
As a Product Engineer at Tuza, you will build full-stack features that bring AI agents to the world’s largest banks. Working in a lean team of 12, you will prototype rapidly, design cloud architectures for agent workloads, and spend time on-site with banking partners to turn real-world friction into seamless automated products.

What You Will Do
- Prototype, validate, and ship full-stack features using React, Node.js, and Python to enhance AI agent capabilities.
- Design and scale robust APIs and AWS cloud architecture capable of handling complex banking agent workloads and security requirements.
- Collaborate directly with partner banks to observe workflows, identify pain points, and rapidly translate those insights into product improvements.
The ideal candidate
- At least 4 years of professional experience with a deep understanding of the modern web stack, specifically React, Node.js, TypeScript, and Python.
- Proven ability to design, deploy, and defend complex cloud systems and applications within an AWS environment.
- A product-minded approach with strong intuition for user needs and experience experimenting with AI to solve novel engineering problems.
