Product Engineer (Full Stack) - United Kingdom

This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for a Product Engineer (Full Stack) based in United Kingdom.

As a Product Engineer (Full Stack), you’ll play a central role in building a customer-facing B2B SaaS product at the intersection of generative AI and cybersecurity.

You’ll own features end to end, from polished React interfaces to APIs and database interactions.

Working as an early member of the engineering team, you’ll have significant autonomy and direct influence on technical and product decisions.

You’ll use a modern stack to create intuitive experiences for security professionals handling complex workflows.

The role combines hands-on engineering, performance optimization, architectural contribution, and rapid product iteration.

You’ll work closely with product, design, and engineering peers in an environment that values ownership, speed, and high-quality execution.

It’s an opportunity to help shape an AI-native product from the ground up while growing with an ambitious technical team.

Accountabilities

  • Own end-to-end product feature development, covering front-end UI, API implementation, and database layers from concept through production.
  • Build responsive, intuitive, and high-quality user experiences using React, TypeScript, TailwindCSS, and the TanStack ecosystem.
  • Design, develop, and maintain performant REST APIs using Python/FastAPI, with a focus on scalability, maintainability, and clean architecture.
  • Identify opportunities, make pragmatic technical decisions, and execute independently in a fast-moving startup environment.
  • Optimize application performance across the stack, including database queries, API responsiveness, and front-end rendering.
  • Contribute to technical architecture, engineering standards, and long-term decisions as the product and team scale.
  • Balance rapid delivery with strong engineering practices, code quality, reliability, and customer experience.
  • Collaborate effectively with product managers, designers, and engineers to translate customer needs into impactful product capabilities.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
