Job Description
As a Product Engineer at Ark Residential, you will own complex problems from discovery to deployment. Working across a React and Python/Django stack, you’ll leverage AI to automate manual property management workflows. You’ll collaborate directly with users in an office-first environment, building high-stakes software that improves how thousands of people live and work daily.

What You Will Do
- Take "fuzzy" user problems and turn them into shipped features across React, React Native, and Python/Django backend systems.
- Work directly with property managers and residents to gather feedback and iterate on features that streamline building operations and community living.
- Build and deploy AI-driven features that automate complex tasks like processing inspection reports and drafting trusted communications for property managers.
The ideal candidate
- Proven experience shipping full-stack features using TypeScript/React and Python/Django (or a similar modern web framework) with a strong sense of architectural design.
- A product-first mindset with a strong bias to action, capable of working independently through ambiguity to deliver polished user experiences.
- Active experience building with AI tools and a clear perspective on how LLMs can be applied to solve practical, real-world business problems.
