The Role
This company builds AI agents that automate how major financial institutions acquire, onboard, activate, and retain customers. They're tackling the go-to-market side of banking, licensing their automation to prominent payment providers and leading banks. Backed by leading investors, they're pre-product-market-fit with a small, fast-moving engineering team, many ex-founders, and a highly academic culture.
You'll join as a Product Engineer, shipping full-stack across a Node and TypeScript codebase. This is an IC role built for execution velocity and deep ownership, not breadth across the business. You'll build AI-powered products that go directly in front of partners, sitting close to product decisions and seeing your work reach live users on short cycles. This isn't about experimenting with AI; it's about shipping it.

The Work
- Own features end-to-end, from product thinking through to production, for AI agents automating critical banking workflows.
- Develop and deploy full-stack solutions in Node and TypeScript, directly impacting how major financial institutions operate.
- Leverage AI tooling fluently in your own workflow to maintain high execution velocity and rapid iteration cycles.
- Translate deep user and customer context into tangible product features, ensuring real-world impact for partners.
- Contribute to system design for a rapidly evolving platform, scaling automation for a complex industry.
What You Bring
- Strong full-stack engineering experience in Node and TypeScript, comfortable owning features from concept to production.
- You have shipped AI-powered products to users, and you use AI tools fluently in your day-to-day workflow.
- Proven ability to thrive in a startup environment: self-starting, structuring your own work, and executing at pace.
- Genuine product and user instinct, building with the end customer's context firmly in mind.
- Solid understanding of system design; if TypeScript isn't your primary language, you can adapt quickly (technical assessment is in TypeScript).
