Dex

Dex is an AI recruiter agent that helps you run your job search. Tell Dex your stack, seniority, and what you want to build. We will manage your applications and surface other opportunities that are a fit.

The role

This company is building the orchestration layer for global supply chains, using agentic AI to coordinate work across a complex web of suppliers, factories, and logistics partners. They're a small team, but they've already secured contracts above $500K ACV with major Fortune 250 manufacturers, backed by significant seed funding from leading investors. This isn't just another enterprise SaaS play; it's about solving one of the hardest coordination problems in the global economy.

You'll be one of the first product engineers in their new London office, joining a team of eight to build the application layer around their AI core. This role is 0-to-1 product ownership: you'll take product surfaces from a blank page to what planners at these large companies use daily. It's not ML research or maintaining an existing codebase; it's about defining and building the user experience that unlocks the power of their core AI.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.

Only hits

No noise. No "maybe this fits." Just roles with a clear explanation of why they're right — and where to focus when applying.

The work

  • Own product surfaces end-to-end, from initial concept to daily use by enterprise customers.
  • Design and build the application layer around an agentic AI core, solving complex coordination problems.
  • Integrate with messy enterprise systems (ERPs, TMS, supplier portals) that lack clean APIs.
  • Make critical product decisions, balancing scope, user needs, and shipping velocity.
  • Ship features from a blank page to production, without waiting for detailed specs.

What You Bring

  • At least two years of full-time, hands-on product engineering experience. Time spent founding a company without building the product yourself does not count.
  • Experience as a founding or early product engineer at a product-led startup, owning features from concept to production.
  • Comfortable across the full application stack: API design, data modeling, and user interfaces, with the ability to integrate with complex enterprise systems.
  • You make product calls yourself: deciding what to build, what to cut, and what's good enough to ship.
  • Based in the UK, Germany, or France and ready to relocate to London. Sponsorship is available.
