About Dex
Dex is an AI recruiter agent that helps you run your job search. Tell Dex your stack, seniority, and what you want to build. We will manage your applications and surface other opportunities that are a fit.
The Role
This company is building the AI operating system for enterprise IT, starting with the world's most complex ERP systems. They're deploying agentic AI to solve problems for large enterprise customers, have strong traction, and just closed a significant Series A backed by leading investors. Inbound demand is exploding.
This isn't a feature factory. You'll own products end-to-end, from inception and research to implementation and iteration with customers in production. You'll talk directly to enterprises, shape product direction, and ship work that visibly defines the company's platform over the next year. Your work flexes with your strengths—deep backend, forward-facing, or full-stack—but accountability for outcomes never does.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.
Start with a chat, not a search bar
Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.

No noise. No "maybe this fits." Just roles with a clear explanation of why they're right — and where to focus when applying.
The Work
- Own products end-to-end, from initial concept and research through to shipping and iterating with large enterprise customers.
- Engage directly with users to understand their complex problems and translate insights into product strategy and features.
- Design, build, and deploy agentic AI systems that integrate deeply with existing enterprise infrastructure.
- Drive visible impact on the core platform, shipping foundational work that defines the company's trajectory.
- Operate across a modern, high-velocity stack, focusing on robust LLM harnessing and durable execution.
What You Bring
- You build with AI natively, not as an afterthought; your default reach is for the agentic solution, with production or side project experience to prove it.
- You bring strong, pragmatic engineering fundamentals. Language and framework familiarity matters less than the quality of your thinking and evidence of what you've shipped.
- You have sharp product instincts and a real drive to solve customer problems, comfortable speaking to enterprise users and shaping direction iteratively.
- You're confident enough to own a domain and generalist enough to operate across the stack when the work demands it.
- You are based in London and want to work in the office five days a week.
