Product Engineering Manager
Central London | Full-time | Up to £50,000
Curated Search is exclusively partnering with a highly regarded luxury design studio to appoint an experienced Product Engineering Manager.
Working closely with the Founder and Senior Designer, you'll lead the technical engineering of bespoke collections, taking ownership of garment technology, fit, grading, testing, and quality whilst managing the Garment Technologist.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the technical engineering of bespoke womenswear, menswear, and accessories.
- Own garment construction, fit, size grading, and technical specifications.
- Take full accountability for garment, fabric, and trim testing, quality assurance, and production approvals.
- Lead internal and client fit sessions through to final approval.
- Build and maintain technical packs, grading rules, and block libraries.
- Collaborate closely with Design, Commercial, and Pattern Cutting teams throughout development.
- Build strong relationships with international suppliers, factories, and fabric mills.
- Manage technical critical paths across multiple bespoke projects.
- Present technical recommendations confidently to luxury clients and senior stakeholders.
- Manage and mentor the Garment Technologist.

About You:
You'll be an experienced Product Engineering Manager, Senior Garment Technologist, or Technical Product specialist with a background in luxury or premium fashion.
You'll also bring:
- Extensive knowledge of garment construction, tailoring, fit, and grading.
- Proven experience managing garment, fabric, and trim testing.
- Experience working across bespoke, multi-product collections.
- Confidence working with international suppliers and luxury clients.
- Excellent written and spoken English with exceptional communication and presentation skills.
- Strong commercial awareness, organization, and attention to detail.

Salary & Benefits
- Up to £50,000, depending on experience.
