Product Engineer/Member of Technical Staff | YC Backed FinTech | >£130k | 5 days in London

We're looking for a Product Engineer to join one of London's most exciting AI-native startups, building an autonomous AI accountant from the ground up.

You'll join a team of just six, backed by a $5M Seed led by a top-tier global VC alongside Y Combinator. They're approaching 100 customers growing around 40% month-on-month and have already reached $1M ARR within six months. 🚀

What you'll be working on

  • Building an AI accountant capable of automating accounting end-to-end, from month-end close and bookkeeping through to ad-hoc customer queries 24/7
  • Taking features from idea to prototype, to production, to adoption, owning everything from scoping and QA through to monitoring and iteration
  • Building products including autonomous month-end close, receipt collection and integrations across multiple third-party ledgers
  • Shipping your first feature in week one, measuring real adoption in month one, and owning a meaningful area of the platform within your first quarter ⚡

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
