Product Executive Opportunity
Our client is a multiple award-winning UK market leader and are now looking for a Product Executive to join their team.
About the Role
As Product Executive you will be supporting the Head of Product in all aspects of product management and working collaboratively with the Marketing, Sales and Operations teams.
From the ongoing management and improvement of existing products to the development of new products and introduction of new destinations; this role is very varied and allows space for creativity, with responsibility for a diverse range of worldwide destinations and products.
Responsibilities
- Monitor competitor activity, product offerings and pricing.
- Identify market trends and commercial opportunities.
- Build and maintain products in accordance with established processes, ensuring all product information is accurate and complete across internal systems.
- Liaise with suppliers, partners and third parties to manage product-related enquiries and resolve day-to-day operational issues.
- Ensure all websites display accurate and up-to-date product content, imagery, rates, special offers and product tags.
- Maintain accurate product documentation including amendments, errata and other important information.
- Produce regular product, supplier and commercial performance reports.
- Attend and contribute to supplier and partner meetings when required.
- Support the investigation and resolution of supplier-related enquiries and customer complaints.
- Maintain accurate and current contact information for all suppliers and commercial partners.
- Provide the Marketing team with product information, imagery, offers and supporting content for campaigns and promotions.
- Making appointments with suppliers and booking meeting rooms and/or travel arrangements.

Requirements
- Relevant experience in a similar role within the travel industry
- A methodical and conscientious approach to tasks with excellent attention to detail
- Commercially-minded, ability to recognise a commercial opportunity and assertive negotiating skills
- Positive and motivated with a can-do attitude
- Competency using Excel and aptitude to learn new systems
- Ability to work effectively under pressure and to tight deadlines
- Thorough knowledge and understanding of the leisure holiday market
- Clear and effective communicator both written and verbal
