Product Experiences Producer – Global Technology Company

Location: King’s Cross, London – three days onsite

Contract: 12 months, starting September 2026

Rate: £45 per hour PAYE

Travel: Up to 25% internationally

We are recruiting an experienced Product Experiences Producer for a leading global technology company.

Working within a Global Experiential and Industry Marketing team, you will create memorable experiences and demonstrations that bring consumer hardware and software products to life. This is a strategic production role covering high-profile events, experiential activations, product launches and live demonstrations.

This role goes beyond traditional event logistics. You will help determine how products are represented, work across numerous internal teams and confidently demonstrate technology to senior and VIP audiences.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and support product experiences, events and experiential activations.
  • Translate event briefs, product priorities, audience requirements and budgets into effective experience plans.
  • Manage approximately five or six events simultaneously, each with different scopes, budgets and timelines.
  • Provide production and logistics expertise across experience design, demonstrations, staffing, technology and onsite delivery.
  • Deliver confident and engaging live product demonstrations, including “white-glove” experiences for VIP audiences.
  • Collaborate with Product, Marketing, Communications, Policy, Creative, Legal and Data Science teams.
  • Manage agencies, production partners, vendors and event budgets.
  • Train onsite teams and coordinate the hardware needed to represent products successfully.
  • Develop processes and playbooks that make product experiences more consistent and scalable.
  • Build measurement plans, evaluate event effectiveness and turn results into compelling post-event narratives.
  • Respond calmly and decisively to changing product direction and live production challenges.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
