About Tiquo
Tiquo is building an operating system for the service industry, bringing booking, ticketing, scheduling and payments together in one platform. We help service-based businesses simplify their operations and deliver a better experience for their customers.
About the Role
We're looking for a Product Expert to help our clients get the most out of Tiquo and help us make the platform better. This is a full-time, client-facing role based on-site in London, sitting at the intersection of customers, engineering and quality assurance. We are also looking for people in various European countries.
You'll guide clients through onboarding, support them as their needs evolve, and build a deep understanding of how they use Tiquo in their day-to-day operations. You'll also test new features before release, identify bugs and usability issues, and turn customer feedback into clear, actionable input for the product and engineering teams.
This is a hands-on role combining customer relationships, practical problem-solving and product testing, rather than a traditional product management position.
Reasons to use Rodeo
I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
