Reporting to: Chief Product Officer
Salary Range: £35,000 - £42,000 (depending on experience)

We provide a full-funnel Agentic Marketing Platform, combining:
- Real-time behavioural analytics and intent scoring
- AI-powered search, recommendations, and agentic decisioning
- Onsite personalisation and A/B testing
- Cross-channel activation (email, SMS, paid media)
- CRM/CDP integrations and first-party data orchestration
- Retail media and monetisation capabilities

Job Summary
We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Product Expert to join our Product team at SaleCycle. In this role, you will be instrumental in empowering our teams to use our product effectively and consistently, ensuring homogeneous standards. You will also act as a bridge between internal teams and the product roadmap by gathering, prioritising, and sharing actionable feedback for continuous improvement. If you are passionate about creating seamless learning experiences, driving cross-team collaboration, and contributing to the success of our product, we’d love to hear from you!

Key Responsibilities
Training & Education
- Deliver comprehensive product training sessions to collaborators
- Develop and manage an e-learning program to onboard new hires and enhance product understanding
- Create and maintain, with our Sr. Product Expert and a Product Marketing Manager, an up-to-date, compliant user guide for the product to frame its usage across the organisation
Support & Engagement
- Monitor and respond to employee queries on the “ask-” Slack channels promptly and effectively
- Organise feedback sessions with the CSMs, aggregate insights, and collaborate with the Product team to prioritise fixes and enhancements in the product roadmap
Compliance & Consistency
- Ensure consistent, compliant use of the product across teams in adherence to our standards
- Make the link between the structure of the commercial offer and the use of the product accordingly
- Support the pre-sales assessment of the work to be carried out for clients according to the products they have subscribed to and the structure of their websites
Collaboration & Improvement
- Work closely with cross-functional teams to identify and address training gaps and process improvements.
- Contribute to technical discovery sessions on innovation development areas

Qualifications & Experience
- Proven 2-5 years' experience in a product-related and/or presales role
- Organisational rigour and proactivity.
- Ability to prioritise and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with experience creating user guides, training materials, and e-learning programmes.
- Adept at facilitating training sessions and fostering engagement across different teams.
- Experience gathering and analysing feedback to inform product improvements is a plus.
- Familiarity with collaboration tools (Slack, Confluence, and project management platforms…)
