Stellar Global is hiring a confident, Customer Experience Team member to support the launch of an exciting new flagship store on Oxford Street. At the moment, this is a fixed term contract role from September- December 2026.

This is a high-energy, customer-facing role where you’ll engage with the public, represent a premium global brand, and deliver an outstanding in-store experience from launch through to the end of the year.

About the brand:

"Tools for humanity" is a global technology company building tools designed for the age of AI. Founded by Alex Blania and Sam Altman, the company is focused on developing technology that helps people prove they are real humans online in an increasingly AI-driven world. The company’s ecosystem includes:

  • World ID — a digital proof-of-human system
  • World App — the companion mobile platform
  • The Orb — an advanced device designed to verify unique human identity securely and privately

What we are looking for:

  • Retail, Brand ambassador/promotional work, Hospitality or front-of-house experience
  • Experience working with premium brands
  • Professional presentation and positive attitude
  • Reliable and punctual
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • You are naturally outgoing, proactive, and comfortable speaking to a high volume of customers every day
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced flagship retail environment
  • Must be 21+

What do we offer:

  • £16 per hour plus 10% performance bonus
  • Must be flexible to work 4-5 days between Mon-Sun
  • Contracted hours: 34 hrs per week
  • Fixed term contract: September- December 2026
  • Work with an innovative, globally recognized brand
  • Be part of a major flagship launch on Oxford Street, London
  • Store opening hours:
    • Monday – Saturday: 10am – 7pm
    • Sunday: 12pm – 6pm

£16 - £16 an hour
