Key Responsibilities
- Lead cross-functional team leadership initiatives across engineering, design, and operations.
- Define and execute the go-to-market strategy for new AI and tech product features.

Qualifications And Skills
- Proven experience in mid-senior product management roles within tech startups or AI labs.
- Strong understanding of agile methodologies, data analysis, and user experience design.
- Ability to thrive in a full-time remote environment, managing complex projects autonomously.
- Excellent communication skills for cross-functional collaboration and stakeholder management.
- Familiarity with AI/ML concepts, large language model evaluation, and data labeling workflows is a strong plus.
