Product Go To Market Manager II
Hybrid role (3 days/week in office) at our Salt Lake City, UT; Boise, ID; Lewiston ID; Portland, OR; Medford, OR; Spokane, WA; Vancouver, WA; Burlington, WA; Renton, WA; Fargo, ND offices. Candidates must reside within commutable distance of that location or be willing to relocate.

As a member of the Product and Partner Marketing team, our Product Go to Market Manager II leads end-to-end launch and sustainment activities for health plan products across multiple brands, markets, and lines of business, serving as the key connector between Product Development and partners in Marketing, Sales, and Communications. This role drives membership acquisition and retention by developing sales strategies, managing distribution channels, and delivering compelling product messaging to achieve business goals – all in service of making our members’ health journeys easier.

What You Bring to Cambia:
Qualifications: Product Go-To-Market Manager II: BA/BS in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration or relevant field, and 8+ years of experience in marketing, marketing communications, sales, field support, or product management with 3-4 years of experience in healthcare or insurance industry; or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
Skills and Attributes:
- Business aptitude with knowledge of the healthcare, health insurance, and/or employee benefits industry
- Expertise in product marketing/go-to-market principles with a track record of successful campaigns that balance consumer needs and business goals
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, including executive-level documents and presentations for diverse audiences
- Effective project management skills with the ability to manage multiple complex projects and deadlines simultaneously
- Ability to work within cross-functional teams or independently to navigate complex organizational issues with diplomacy and persuasiveness
- Advanced knowledge of health insurance products, delivery channels, marketing/sales processes, and rating methodologies
- Strong analytical skills to quantify market opportunities and measure the effectiveness and ROI of go-to-market activities
- Proficiency in traditional and non-traditional marketing communication strategies, tactics, and ROI measurement
- Demonstrated innovation tied to execution, including understanding of operational, political, and public impacts of multi-market product launches
- Experience leading and mentoring cross-functional teams; familiarity with AI tools to enhance productivity and decision-making is highly desired

What You Will Do at Cambia:
- Partner with Product Managers to understand and clearly communicate product features, benefits, and unique selling propositions to internal and external audiences
- Coordinate development of marketing collateral, sales support materials, trainings, and broker/employer presentations to ensure accurate product representation
- Maintain and track product resource materials, ensuring timely and accurate information for Sales, Marketing, Customer Service, and public-facing websites
- Support ongoing product marketing and communication sustainment throughout the full product lifecycle
- Develop and oversee highly visible, cost-effective launch plans for critical lines of business in partnership with Product, Marketing and Sales leaders
- Lead product launch sales distribution strategies to drive membership acquisition and retention
- Collaborate with Sales to deliver relevant tools and resources that accelerate membership growth and support retention efforts
- Develop and deliver marketing training and education for cross-functional Sales and Internal Business teams to drive consistent messaging and brand awareness
- Provide advanced marketing consultation to Marketing and Sales divisions on high-profile projects
- Ensure brand messaging is consistently incorporated across all projects and aligned with overall marketing and sales strategies
Pay ranges vary based on the candidate's work location. The expected hiring range depends on skills, experience, education, and training; relevant licensure / certifications; and performance history.
Oregon, Washington, Utah, and Idaho: The expected hiring range is $101,200 - $136,900, the full salary range is $95,000 - $155,000 and the bonus target is 15%.
North Dakota: The expected hiring range is $82,000 - $105,000, the full salary range is $72,523 - $119,663.
