With huge change, comes huge opportunity. So, wherever you join us, you’ll enjoy the freedom to dream up and deliver better, brighter solutions and the space to move your career forward in endlessly different directions.

We are looking for a Product Group Architect B2B to define, govern and evolve the technology architecture that enables our global B2B capabilities. This role will ensure the B2B technology landscape remains stable, secure and fit for purpose, while delivering scalable, integrated and compliant solutions aligned with PMI's global technology standards.

The Product Group Architect B2B will shape the technical vision and roadmap across B2B commerce, retailer engagement, field force automation and execution, CRM, master data, integration, security and related platforms. Working closely with business and technology stakeholders, the role will translate market and business needs into architecture strategies, solution designs, technology roadmaps and governance frameworks.

The successful candidate will drive simplification and standardisation across the technology estate, promoting reuse, resilience and operational excellence while ensuring solutions are secure, supportable, cost-effective and capable of supporting future business growth.

Key Accountabilities

  • Define and maintain the future roadmap for B2B capabilities, aligned with market priorities and the global Indirect Experience strategy.
  • Establish architectural guidance for PMI’s current and future B2B technology stack, balancing continuity, modernisation and future-state design.
  • Provide architecture direction across global B2B applications, retailer engagement solutions, B2B Commerce, field force automation and execution, CRM and integration capabilities.
  • Translate emerging business requirements into architecture designs, solution options, decision records, non-functional requirements and implementation guardrails.
  • Ensure current and future solutions leverage global platforms and reusable patterns, with clear documentation and governance of any local deviations.
  • Partner with product, delivery, engineering, security, data, integration, service management and business teams to shape scalable, secure and supportable solutions.
  • Drive future landscape simplification, reuse, stronger integration patterns, technical debt reduction and alignment with PMI technology governance.
  • Promote modern engineering practices, DevSecOps, observability, automation and responsible AI or GenAI adoption as the capability matures.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
