Product Growth Analytics Lead - Token Factory

This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for a Product Growth Analytics Lead - Token Factory based in the United Kingdom.

As a Product Growth Analytics Lead, you will shape the commercial strategy and growth of a cutting-edge self-service platform within the AI infrastructure space. Working at the intersection of product, analytics, finance, and engineering, you will transform complex customer and usage data into strategic recommendations that drive monetization, customer success, and long-term product growth. You will influence pricing models, capacity planning, and product direction while collaborating with cross-functional teams to optimize customer experiences and business performance. This is an exciting opportunity to make a measurable impact in a fast-paced, highly technical environment where innovation, ownership, and data-driven decision-making are central to success.

Accountabilities

  • Develop a comprehensive understanding of self-service customers by analyzing usage patterns, customer health, satisfaction, retention risks, unmet needs, and expansion opportunities.
  • Translate customer demand, commercial objectives, and market trends into accurate capacity forecasts to support infrastructure planning and resource allocation.
  • Monitor and optimize capacity utilization, identifying opportunities to maximize commercial value and operational efficiency.
  • Design, evaluate, and refine pricing, packaging, and monetization strategies, including on-demand offerings, guaranteed capacity, commitments, provisioned throughput, and related commercial models.
  • Deliver actionable insights and recommendations on customer segmentation, product priorities, pricing strategies, and commercial performance.
  • Collaborate closely with Product, Engineering, Applied AI, Finance, Sales, and Operations teams to transform analytical findings into product enhancements and business improvements.
  • Build financial models and performance analyses that support strategic decision-making and sustainable business growth.
  • Contribute to the continuous evolution of self-service and managed offerings through data-driven experimentation and performance measurement.

Requirements

  • Strong commercial and product acumen with the ability to balance customer value, growth, profitability, and monetization objectives.
  • Proven experience analyzing large-scale customer, product, and usage datasets using modern analytics or distributed data processing tools.
  • Advanced financial modeling and quantitative analysis skills, with the ability to translate complex data into clear business recommendations.
  • Experience developing pricing, packaging, monetization, or commercial strategies for technical, SaaS, cloud, or consumption-based products.
  • Strong analytical mindset with excellent problem-solving and decision-making capabilities.
  • Demonstrated ability to collaborate effectively across Product, Engineering, Data, Finance, Sales, and Operations teams.
  • Comfortable working in fast-moving, technically complex, and evolving environments with a proactive, hands-on approach.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to present analytical insights to both technical and business audiences.
  • Experience within AI infrastructure, cloud platforms, developer products, or other highly technical B2B environments is considered a strong advantage.
