Product Growth Manager — own creator and viral loops at a fast-growing consumer social app. London (remote until Oct 2026, then relocation).
Our client runs a TikTok-style mobile feed built around a new kind of user-generated content, growing fast on consumer social loops.
This role owns the loops that make the app grow: the creator funnel, the viral mechanics, and the experimentation engine behind both.

What You'll Do
- Own the creator-side loop — creation funnel, first-publish activation, XP and levelling
- Own the viral loop — share, remix, invite, follow — and measure k-factor, not clicks
- Run a high-velocity experimentation program: 10+ live tests at a time on a weekly cadence
What We're Looking For
- Growth experience at a consumer social/UGC app that scaled past 10M MAU
- A real number next to a loop you owned — no numbers, no fit
- Hands-on with Amplitude/Mixpanel, Statsig/LaunchDarkly, SQL
Compensation is open — top of market for the right person.
