Meet Aperture

Aperture is a growth consultancy and advertising partner for ambitious apps, platforms and digital products.

We work across performance marketing, creative strategy, product optimisation, CRM, analytics and experimentation to help companies scale. Our clients rely on us to identify the biggest growth opportunities, turn them into well-designed experiments and deliver measurable commercial impact.

Our job is to make growth happen.

The Role

We're looking for a Monetisation Manager with deep, hands-on experience growing subscription-based mobile apps.

You will lead monetisation strategy and experimentation across a portfolio of clients, working across onboarding, paywalls, pricing, plans, trials, offers, product gating, retention and cancellation.

You must have personally configured and run experiments in both RevenueCat and Adapty, understand how the platforms work in detail and be confident diagnosing problems when the data or implementation does not behave as expected.

You'll combine commercial thinking, customer understanding, product analytics and rigorous experimentation to help clients increase revenue without sacrificing retention or long-term value.

Requirements

What you'll own

  • Audit clients' monetisation models, subscription infrastructure, funnels, analytics and experiment history, then build prioritised roadmaps
  • Personally configure and manage products, entitlements, offerings, paywalls, placements, audiences, targeting and experiments in RevenueCat and Adapty
  • Lead experimentation across pricing, plans, trials, offers, onboarding, paywalls, product gating, localisation, cancellation and web-to-app journeys
  • Design rigorous tests with clear hypotheses, success metrics, guardrails, audiences, traffic allocation and decision criteria
  • Analyse the full subscription funnel, from conversion and trial-to-paid through to renewal, churn, revenue and LTV, identifying misleading results and meaningful differences between cohorts
  • Reconcile data across RevenueCat, Adapty, the app stores, product analytics, attribution platforms and warehouse data, resolving tracking or implementation issues with technical teams
  • Turn behavioural data, customer research and commercial insight into stronger propositions and experiments, working with design, product, engineering, analytics and CRM teams to launch and QA them
  • Present clear recommendations and results to clients, documenting every experiment and contributing reusable learnings to Aperture OS

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
