Job Opportunity: Product Growth Strategist

This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for a Product Growth Strategist based in United Kingdom.

This role focuses on helping organizations unlock sustainable product growth through data-driven strategy, experimentation, and customer insights.

You will work with cross-functional teams to identify opportunities across acquisition, activation, engagement, and retention. By combining analytics, behavioral insights, and strategic thinking, you will influence product decisions and measurable business outcomes.

The position offers the opportunity to collaborate with global brands and solve complex digital product challenges.

You will operate in a remote-first environment that values autonomy, innovation, and continuous learning. Your work will directly contribute to creating better user experiences and stronger-performing digital products.

Accountabilities

As a Product Growth Strategist, you will own growth initiatives from analysis through execution, partnering with product, design, engineering, marketing, and business stakeholders to identify opportunities and deliver measurable impact. You will translate data into actionable recommendations, lead experimentation efforts, and help teams make informed product decisions.

  • Develop and execute product growth strategies focused on improving acquisition, activation, engagement, retention, and customer lifetime value.
  • Analyze behavioral and product analytics to uncover growth opportunities and prioritize high-impact initiatives.
  • Design and manage experimentation programs, including hypothesis creation, A/B testing, measurement frameworks, and performance analysis.
  • Collaborate with Product Managers, Designers, Engineers, Marketing teams, and leadership stakeholders to align growth strategies with business goals.
  • Present insights and recommendations clearly, transforming complex data into practical actions that improve product performance.
  • Support product launches, onboarding improvements, feature adoption initiatives, and retention optimization projects.
  • Manage multiple client engagements in a consulting environment while adapting strategies to different products, industries, and user audiences.

Requirements

The ideal candidate has experience driving growth for digital products and understands how analytics, experimentation, and customer behavior can shape successful product strategies. You should be comfortable working independently, collaborating with diverse teams, and communicating insights to both technical and business audiences.

  • Proven experience developing product growth strategies for digital products or platforms.
  • Strong understanding of customer journeys and key product metrics across acquisition, activation, engagement, and retention.
  • Hands-on experience with behavioral analytics and product intelligence platforms such as Mixpanel, Amplitude, GA4, or similar tools.
  • Experience designing, evaluating, or managing product experiments and A/B testing programs.
  • Ability to interpret data, identify trends, and turn insights into strategic recommendations.
  • Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to explain complex concepts clearly to clients and stakeholders.
  • Comfortable working in a remote, consulting-oriented environment with multiple priorities and changing requirements.
  • Strong ownership mindset, curiosity, and ability to adapt quickly to new products, industries, and challenges.
