Department: Product Hub - Product Handling

Location: Wokingham

Description

Are you looking for a permanent part-time opportunity in our Product Handling Team?

Join our Product Handling Team at MMR Research at our Wokingham site and help support market research for new and existing products. This will mean preparing real products such as food, beverage and personal/household items from leading brands in controlled environments so they can be tested by consumers. The insight we specialise in helps brands improve all aspects of a product such as taste, packaging, usability and overall appeal. This permanent part-time role supports research by working in product preparation, dispatch and day-to-day centre operations where you’ll be part of a small specialised team so effective communication, flexibility and a willingness to help with other duties are essential.

WHERE: Unit 1, Metro Centre, Toutley Road, RG41 1QW, Wokingham

HOURS: Core hours - 10am-2pm, 3 days per week (negotiable) Minimum of 12 hours a week.

PAY: £13.00 p/h

  • Receive, check and organise product deliveries.
  • Re-label products accurately, following clear instructions and project requirements.
  • Prepare products for shipment to internal teams, clients or research locations.
  • Complete basic administration and maintain accurate records.
  • Work closely with the team and support with other tasks when required.

Skills, Knowledge and Expertise

  • Excellent attention to detail and a methodical approach to work.
  • Good communication skills, with the confidence to ask questions and keep team members updated.
  • Able to stay organised, work at pace and meet deadlines.
  • Flexible and willing to adapt as tasks and project requirements change.
  • Willingness to learn new skills and ways of working.
  • Only experience with Microsoft applications is essential as full training will be provided.
  • Warehouse or research experience would be useful but is not essential.
  • Access to a car and a valid driving licence.
