Role: Product Implementation Specialist (HealthTech/Clinical Software)
Salary: £50,000 - £65,000 (DOE)
Location: Remote-First (Occasional UK NHS client sites & Dublin office visits)
We are partnering exclusively with a HealthTech company delivering digital solutions across the NHS and wider healthcare sector to recruit a Product Implementation Specialist. This role serves as the central product expert within the delivery team, acting as the key link between Projects, Product, Engineering, and healthcare customers.
You will take end-to-end ownership of client onboarding, technical software configuration, and workflow alignment. Alongside implementation, you will deliver customer training, lead QA/UAT testing, and support ongoing customer success and application support desk operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Product Configuration & Delivery: Translate clinical and operational workflows into system configurations, working closely with Project Managers to manage go-live preparation, readiness reviews, and early-life support.
- Customer Engagement & Training: Lead discovery and workflow workshops, conduct product demonstrations, and deliver tailored training to customer teams.
- Testing & QA: Create detailed test scripts, execute functional QA across standard and edge-case workflows, and triage software defects directly with engineering.
- Product & Project Alignment: Act as a two-way communication channel between delivery and engineering, feeding back client requirements to product roadmaps.
- Support & Continuous Improvement: Assist with the customer support backlog, refine support workflows, and build repeatable implementation templates and standards.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.
