Product Information & Digital Asset Manager (12–18 Month Contract)

East End Prints is looking for a hands-on, commercially minded Product Information & Digital Asset Manager to help us transform how we manage our growing product catalogue.

This is an exciting opportunity for someone who loves improving processes, creating structure from complexity, and using technology to make businesses run smarter.

You will take ownership of our product information ecosystem, including our PIM (Plytix), digital assets, product data quality and launch processes. You will play a key role in building scalable ways of working as we continue to grow across B2C, B2B, wholesale and retail partnerships.

We are looking for someone who has experience implementing or managing PIM systems, understands product data governance, and enjoys finding better ways of working through automation and process improvement.

Key Responsibilities

  • Own and improve our PIM structure, taxonomy, attributes and product data quality
  • Manage the onboarding of new products from artwork creation through to website and marketplace launch
  • Create clear product information standards and governance processes
  • Improve workflows between product, creative, operations and digital teams
  • Manage digital assets including product imagery, artwork files and supporting content
  • Support integrations, data exports and product feeds across multiple sales channels
  • Identify opportunities for automation, AI and process improvements
  • Ensure products are accurately presented across our websites and retail partners
  • Build documentation and best practice processes to support future growth

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
