At Dexory
We're developing advanced software powered by cutting-edge robots that are transforming the very face of global logistics. With infectious enthusiasm, our unique blend of disciplines work in harmony to produce results at pace. From hardware and manufacturing to software, AI and commercial, we're one team – one heart – that beats, learns and grows together.
Turn market signals into the bets that shape our product.
Most research teams answer "what do users think?" This role answers a bigger question: what should we create, for whom, and how could it become a viable business?
As Dexory’s Product Insights Lead, you'll own the full journey from market signal to validated product bet to scaled delivery. You’ll be key to uncovering what’s happening through data and why it’s happening through research. Your insights will guide product strategy, feature prioritisation, and value creation for our customer and lead a small, talented team who put it into practice.
What you'll do
Shape what we build
- Own a rolling research roadmap tied to the product roadmap, so every significant bet arrives at our Intake gate with an evidence plan
- Personally lead our highest-stakes work: market sizing, competitive landscape and concept validation
- Build opportunity-solution trees with Commercial and Sales
- Turn segmentation and behavioural research into clear narratives, written for the decision they inform, not the study that produced them
Influence the people who decide
- Partner with Product Managers, Sales and Commercial as a trusted strategic voice
- Present a quarterly insight review to senior leadership: what we learned, what it changed, and what we still don't know
- Surface the insight that matters to our investor story
Build something that scales
- Own the shared operating dashboard, KPIs and OKRs linking research, product bets and delivery
- Champion our Notion insights repository and a Slack cadence that puts insight in front of PMs, designers and Commercial before they ask
- Design workflows and tooling, including GDPR-compliant consent, recording and data retention, and hand day-to-day ownership to a new hire

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
