Product Launch Co-ordinator - retail/fashion

This is a short-term role but a fantastic opportunity to gain experience! You must be available to start immediately.
The focus is to ensure products launch smoothly and accurately across sales channels for a fashion brand. The role works cross-functionally to coordinate product data, imagery, samples, and launch activity.
Key responsibilities
- Collate, maintain, and distribute accurate product and asset data across all channels.
- Report weekly on critical-path milestones, KPIs, launch trackers, and key business documents.
- Work with internal teams to source complete, accurate information and meet deadlines.
- Build effective relationships with third-party partners.
- Coordinate promotions, markdowns, online product publishing, and imagery distribution.
- Support the wholesale ordering process and provide weekly sample-management reporting.

Candidate profile
- Strong numerical, analytical, and problem-solving capability, with excellent attention to detail.
- Advanced Excel and Microsoft Office skills, with confidence handling large datasets.
- Highly organised and proactive, with the ability to prioritise workload and delegate where appropriate.
- A collaborative communicator who builds positive cross-functional relationships.
- Degree or equivalent experience, ideally in business, merchandising, or fashion retail.

We are open to strong candidates at Admin Assistant (within retail merchandising/buying) or Assistant Merchandiser level.
