My client is seeking a Product Launch Manager to lead the end-to-end planning and execution of all new model launches for one of the UK’s newest automotive brands. This role is on the bleeding edge of the automotive industry. You will be ensuring successful market entry for new vehicles, with one of the UK’s fastest growing automotive powerhouses.
Salary: Up to 70K (DOE) + Annual bonus (Around 10% of base) + bens (Company cars, health / life insurance etc.)
Location: London
Work Style: Fully Office-based

Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage the planning process for all new model launches, ensuring alignment and timely execution.
- Go-to-Market Implementation: Plan, develop, and implement comprehensive go-to-market strategies and processes for new vehicles, i.e.: essential processes, homologation requirements, managing launch timelines.
- Product Content Development: Advise on the creation of essential product materials: training materials, brochures and product specs, video and photography content.
- Help to set competitive Residual Value figures, and help with creating competitive pricing and positioning.
- Act as a subject matter expert (SME) on product topics.
- Cross-departmental collaboration, both internal and with external partners.
- Market Analysis: Support the analysis of market trends, competitor activities, and customer insights.
- Other ad-hoc projects.

Requirements
- Proven experience in new model launch management within the automotive industry.
- Extensive product management experience within the automotive sector is beneficial.
- Experience in planning and implementing go-to-market processes.
- Experience with MVRIS data submission and automotive regulations.
- Ability to work autonomously and as part of a dynamic, fast-paced team.
