Role Overview

We are currently looking for a Product Launch Manager to join a leading pharmaceutical organization within the Commercial Operations team based in the EMENA region. This exciting opportunity is ideal for an experienced professional who thrives in a dynamic, cross-functional environment and has a passion for driving successful product launches.

As a key contributor, the Product Launch Manager will be responsible for the end-to-end planning, coordination, and delivery of pharmaceutical product launches across generic and specialty brands. This role offers the chance to influence critical launches without direct management, working collaboratively across multiple teams and markets to ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and aligned with strategic objectives.

Key Duties And Responsibilities

Your duties as the Product Launch Manager will be varied; however, the key duties and responsibilities are as follows:

  • Manage the comprehensive launch process for generic and specialty pharmaceutical products, ensuring alignment with commercial and regulatory standards.
  • Develop and maintain detailed launch plans, monitor progress, identify risks, and implement mitigation strategies to ensure on-time delivery.
  • Act as the primary coordination point among Regulatory, Quality, Supply Chain, Manufacturing, Finance, Medical, and Commercial teams, facilitating collaborative execution.
  • Drive the delivery of milestones through proactive stakeholder engagement, issue resolution, and escalation as required.
  • As the Product Launch Manager, you will provide clear project updates, support decision-making processes, and ensure transparency across all levels of the organization.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
