Hope Rings is a fast-growing e-commerce jewelry brand currently generating approximately $3M per month in revenue.
We are building something ambitious for 2027: A product launch engine capable of launching one new product every single day.
And we're looking for someone exceptional to help us build and operate it.
Our products are built around something simple: creating meaningful gifts that help people express what can sometimes be difficult to put into words.
As we scale, product launches will become one of the most important growth levers in the company.
We're looking for a Product Launch Strategist
Who can help us research, identify, develop, and prepare high-potential product opportunities for our team to execute.
This is not a traditional product management role.
And it is definitely not an administrative assistant role.
You'll sit at the intersection of product research, consumer psychology, creative strategy, copywriting, and performance marketing.
Your job is to help answer one question every day: What should Hope Rings launch next — and how do we give that product the strongest possible chance of becoming a winner?
What You'll Do
You'll work within our existing product launch systems, SOPs, data, and strategy to research and develop new product opportunities.
On a typical launch, you may:
- Research emerging products, messages, gifting angles, audiences, and trends across TikTok Shop, Meta, competitors, and the broader market
- Identify products and concepts showing early signs of demand
- Analyze existing Hope Rings winners to understand what is working and why
- Review Meta Ads Manager data to identify winning products, audiences, hooks, messaging, and creative patterns
- Conduct deep TikTok Shop research to uncover products and concepts gaining traction
- Research competitors and adjacent brands for new opportunities
- Develop new product concepts based on proven customer desires and buying behavior
- Determine the positioning, recipient, emotional angle, message, and marketing hypothesis behind each launch
- Develop and execute product message cards in Canva, translating customer insights and emotional positioning into concise, compelling copy
- Build clear, comprehensive Product Launch Briefs that our creative and execution teams can immediately act on
- Collaborate with our marketing, creative, operations, and content teams as products move toward launch
- Track launch results and use what we learn to make future launches better

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.
Start with a chat, not a search bar
Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
Graduate Consultant — 2026 Scheme
Why you're a good match
StrongYour economics background and your summer at a regional bank line up with what PwC looks for on the consulting scheme. Applications close in four weeks.
See breakdownIt searches the market for you
Every day your agent scans the market matching roles against what actually matters to you, not just keywords on a CV.
Why you're a good match
You’ve got the grades and the economics background, and your bank internship is exactly the experience this scheme looks for. Apply soon — deadlines close within the month.
Experience fit
Your summer at the bank plus your econometrics coursework map directly to the day-one responsibilities on this scheme — client modelling, market briefings, and deal support.
Only hits
No noise. No "maybe this fits." Just roles with a clear explanation of why they're right — and where to focus when applying.
The objective isn't simply to launch more products.
It's to systematically increase our chances of finding breakout winners.
What We're Looking For
We're much more interested in how you think than what your previous job title was.
You may come from e-commerce, creative strategy, product research, performance marketing, media buying, product development, or another related discipline.
But there are several things you must have:
Performance Marketing Literacy
You should be comfortable inside Meta Ads Manager and understand how to interpret advertising performance.
You don't need to be our media buyer, but metrics like CPA, ROAS, CTR, CPM, CVR, spend, creative performance, and scaling should not be foreign to you.
TikTok Shop Experience
You should understand how to navigate and research TikTok Shop and use it as a source of product and market intelligence.
Strong Research Instincts
You enjoy going down rabbit holes.
When you discover something interesting, your instinct is to understand why it's happening, find supporting evidence, and determine whether there's a business opportunity behind it.
Commercial Judgment
Finding an interesting product isn't enough. We need someone who can connect research, customer psychology, advertising data, and market behavior and turn those signals into a compelling product hypothesis.
Consumer Psychology & Creative Instinct
Data tells part of the story. You should also be naturally interested in understanding why people buy — their relationships, fears, desires, motivations, gifting occasions, and the emotions behind a purchase.
You'll need to turn those insights into products and messaging that genuinely resonate with customers.
Basic Canva Proficiency
You don't need to be a graphic designer.
You should, however, be comfortable working in Canva and making basic edits to templates, layouts, typography, imagery, and product message cards.
Exceptional Attention to Detail
A seemingly small change in a product, message, audience, or positioning can be the difference between an average launch and an exceptional one.
You notice those details.
Speed Without Sloppiness
Hope Rings moves quickly. You'll be joining a fast-growing entrepreneurial company where people are expected to take ownership, solve problems, and execute without needing constant direction.
We value speed — but never at the expense of thinking.

Your very own career expert that helps elevate your application to the next level.
- You're naturally growth-minded.
- You're competitive with yourself.
- You love discovering things before everyone else does.
- You can spend hours researching something because you genuinely want to understand it.
- You care about the outcome of your work, not just completing a checklist.
- You'd rather have ownership than be micromanaged.
- You're comfortable being given a goal and figuring out the best way to reach it.
- And the idea of helping build a product engine that launches 365 products a year sounds exciting rather than overwhelming.
Why This Role Is Different
Most companies hire people to manage products that already exist.
We're looking for someone to help discover what should exist next.
You'll have access to the systems, advertising data, historical launches, customer insights, SOPs, and internal knowledge we've accumulated while scaling Hope Rings.
You'll work alongside a team actively spending, testing, and launching at scale — which means your ideas won't sit in a presentation waiting for approval for six months.
They'll go into the market.
You'll see what customers actually respond to.
You'll learn from it.
And then you'll help us find the next opportunity.
The Opportunity
This role will initially be part-time and remote, with flexibility around working hours.
We're open to exceptional candidates throughout the United States, United Kingdom, and Europe.
We're deliberately not forcing this into a traditional 9-to-5 position. We're looking for output, judgment, and ownership — not someone sitting online for eight hours because their contract says they should.
As Hope Rings continues to grow and our product launch operation expands, there is significant opportunity for the scope and responsibility of this position to grow with it.
If you're looking for a predictable corporate role, this probably isn't it.
If you want to work inside a fast-moving e-commerce company, study real consumer behavior at scale, turn research into products, and see your decisions reach the market rapidly, we'd like to hear from you.
Compensation
$2,500–$4,500 USD per month, depending on experience, skill level, and expected scope.
This role will begin part-time, with the opportunity for increased compensation, responsibility, and scope as Hope Rings and our product launch operation continue to grow.
Exceptional performance will also create opportunities for performance-based bonuses tied to the success of our product launch operation.
