We are currently looking for an experienced Product Lead to head one of the key product directions (product platform, gaming portal, or e-commerce) for our partner company specializing in the development, distribution, and publishing of gaming products.

What you'll be doing

  • Strategy & Metrics: Shape the vision, goals, and roadmap for the direction. Translate business objectives into product metrics and take ownership of achieving them (revenue, conversion, retention, LTV, margin).
  • Team Management (2 PMs): Set goals, assist with prioritization, develop the team's product skills, and establish an effective work rhythm.
  • Full-cycle Product Management: Lead discovery/delivery processes, validate hypotheses, launch A/B tests and MVPs. Remain a hands-on leader on complex tasks.
  • Analytics: Develop a metrics system (North Star, unit economics, funnels), make decisions based on qualitative/quantitative data and research.
  • Stakeholder Management: Align priorities between business (marketing, commerce, operations) and production (development, design, analytics). Present and defend decisions to senior management.

What we're looking for

  • 5+ years of experience as a Product Manager / Product Lead (experience managing other PMs is a plus);
  • Experience in B2C, e-commerce, gaming, marketplaces, or digital platforms;
  • Strong product thinking, experience in Discovery (CJM, user interviews);
  • Deep understanding of product and financial metrics (LTV, CAC, retention, unit economics);
  • Excellent communication and facilitation skills, ability to argue decisions based on data, capacity to work in conditions of uncertainty, and a high level of ownership.
  • Nice to have:
    • Experience with community products, gaming/collectible mechanics, loyalty programs, recommendation systems, or CRM;
    • Experience managing multiple products simultaneously within a single ecosystem.
