Product Lead – B2B SaaS
Up to £95,000 + benefits - Manchester City Centre – Hybrid
This is a brand-new Product Lead role with a strong focus on AI, autonomy and commercial ownership.
You’d be joining a fast-growing B2B SaaS business of 200+ people, with around 50 Software Engineers and an established Product team of roughly 8 PMs/Product Owners (as of right now).
Their PropTech platform is already used by hundreds of thousands of people across the UK, helping estate and letting agents run large parts of their day-to-day business.
As the platform has grown, the product has become much broader and more complex, which is why they’re now creating this Lead role.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.
Start with a chat, not a search bar
Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.

See breakdownIt searches the market for you
Every day your agent scans the market matching roles against what actually matters to you, not just keywords on a CV.
Why you're a good match
You’ve got the grades and the economics background, and your bank internship is exactly the experience this scheme looks for. Apply soon — deadlines close within the month.
Experience fit
Your summer at the bank plus your econometrics coursework map directly to the day-one responsibilities on this scheme — client modelling, market briefings, and deal support.
Only hits
No noise. No "maybe this fits." Just roles with a clear explanation of why they're right — and where to focus when applying.
About the Role
You’d own the strategy, roadmap and commercial direction for a significant area of the platform, while also managing and developing 2–3 Product Managers.
The AI side is one of the more interesting parts.
They’re looking at how the platform can become more agentic over time, using AI to simplify workflows, reduce manual tasks, surface better information and create smarter experiences for customers.
You’d help work out where AI actually adds value, what should be built, how it fits into the wider product strategy and how those ideas move from early discovery into live products.

Get help with your application
Your very own career expert that helps elevate your application to the next level.
There’s a lot of autonomy in the role too. You’d stay close to customers, engineering and discovery, then set the direction rather than just inherit a roadmap.
The Package
The package includes up to £95,000, flexible working, L&D budget, enhanced parental leave, paid volunteering days and a £1,000 holiday contribution after your first year. They will give £1K to go on holiday! What a perk!
If the role sounds right but your salary expectations sit slightly outside the range, it’s still worth a conversation.
“It took my CV and asked me questions relevant to understanding what kind of jobs to suggest for me. Suggestions were almost perfect. Jobs were exactly what I’ve been looking for.”
